Apartment Review for Wyvernwood Garden Apartments - Los Angeles, CA

When i first moved in every body was nice and the place i rented looked nice, but after a short bit of time i realized it was all cover up and the staff became very rude and uncaring. The place had seweage problems, the toilet and tub were always clogging and would over flow. No matter how much i cleaned the place it kept growing mold and the place just fell a part on me. Even the pipes were so bad that my water from my bathroom came out brown or orange sometimes and when i talked to them about it you know what they said? Not our problem. They did not even give me a parking permit to park in the building so my guests or I would have to park outside. The streets at night were filled with roaches and the area smelled bad. And now that i am finally moved out of that awful place, for almost 7weeks, i still have not recieved my deposit that they told me i would get within 4-6. And when i called to inquire about my deposit, again it was "not their problem" so they referred me to another place to call for my money back. Worst place ever, the amount of rent to pay was not worth it!
