Apartment Review for Winona Properties - Los Angeles, CA

In the last 3 months, they started cleaning up, painting and doing maintenace after being cited by the city. The management could not give a crap about this place. There was one extremely loud girl who had parties til 5AM. Many neighbors complained, and many called the cops. The cops finally started coming about 2 months into all the complaints. I'm not sure if she was ticketed, or what happened, but for a good solid 6 or 7 months, she was running through the hallways screaming, wasted off her ass 2 or 3 nights a week and then having parties on the roof. As far as I know, mgmt did nothing. Parking is completely awful. The bars and restaurants use Winona for valet service, so if you get home after 6, expect to park 2 blocks away. THe neighborhood is really really going downhill, as well.
