My car was damaged three times while living here. There was mold in my unit. Things were always breaking and the repairmen's only tool was a hammer and screwdriver. Sometimes used together! Noise is a really serious problem. It's Hollywood. And you'll be woken up at least once a week in the middle of the night by music, slamming, stomping, yelling, or fire alarms.
