The office staff was polite, however the people above him are horrible. I left the apartment as clean as can be, and they still find ways to keep your security deposit "it's a flat rate for the cleaning". Also trying to charge me more than it should've been "seems like an accounting error". The unit had cockroaches the whole time, regardless of how clean I kept it. The only thing they offered to do was continuously spray, which wasn't effective. The paint used to cover the tub and kitchen sink is cheap, so it comes off and then water and whatever grossness was before gets trapped underneath, and they charge you to paint it when you leave.
