Apartment Review for Waverly Gardens Apartments - Los Angeles, CA

I've lived hear for about 3 years now and the main thing that really has kept me here is the view and the neighbor hood the complex it self is run down and the managment is hard to get a hold of even when you go right to the office they don't answer the door the try and charge for everything when you move out so if you really want your deposit back forget it they have a long list of charges from cleaning the base boards to the door jams. and all my neighbors complain about the same thing that you can hear the neighbors above or below them and that you can't get a hold of the manager to get help with anything.
