They have cockroach and all other bugs in the appartments. Water leak every where. In all the living environment is very bad. Their service is very bad and do not fix any thing in appartment. When you leave they do not refund you security deposit moreover they send you a bill of around $800-$1000 to you and make you responsible for all broken things. DO NOT MOVE THERE  Need to rent an apartment?
