Apartment Review for Terrace Trousdale - Los Angeles, CA

Some people are so negative.........I know that some people have the opinions that they have, but come on! I have lived here for 3 years and I can honestly say that I am not going anywhere, anytime soon. Geezz, first off we should all be grateful for the fact that we have a roof over our heads and a nice place to live!!!! It's amazing that the general public just does not make a note of all the GOOD things that occur or all the good things that they should be happy about (considering all the crappy landlords that exist these days), The place is nice. It's well kept, the management is wonderful, and all of our needs are met in VERY timely manor. For the first time, (well maybe the second), I have actually managed to find a place to live that is cozy, pretty, & affordable (especially in this area where the 2 bedroom apartments actually exceed $2300 per month and up). I am happy and I will stay for as long as my situation allows. Poo to the people who always complain... .......By a house if you don't like the inconvieniences that come with renting! Props to this place! Rock on.
