Apartment Review for Terrace Trousdale - Los Angeles, CA

I would like to first start by stating that the Maintenance and the Management are GREAT! The Manager is always available during the week and if anything at all happens, which is rear, she has a pager that you can reach her with in the event you need assistance with anything. There is also a wonderful website with alot of great information and a place where residents can email the manager with any questions or maintenance issues. I think that considering the place was built in the 80's it is in outstanding condition and it is kept after quite well! I would recommend this complex to my friends for sure! I have enjoyed living here and will continue to.
