Apartment Review for Terrace Trousdale - Los Angeles, CA

The building is nice and well kept, and the area is very good and safe and lots of shopping available. But the units are really small and very over priced for such tiny rooms and little closets. Its a very snooty company, that requires you have 6000.00 per month income, roughly 3 times the rent to move in. And you must sign a 15 page lease agreement. Its not under rent control, so they really do what ever they want to you, such as ask you leave. The manager is nice, but she is really more of a leasing agent, she is not available on weekends, and if you lock your self out you have to call a locksmith. For the price its not worth it. You have alot of restrictions about which cleaning products to use, and what you put on your balcony, no satellite dishes, nothing outside your door, no nails in walls, if they find you damaged the plumbing you pay for it. Its not worth the headache.
