Apartment Review for Terrace Trousdale - Los Angeles, CA

I really enjoyed leaving here. (I lived in the complex for 3 years and only relocated for work) The apt itself is better than most in the area. (I mean you get a townhouse apt for the same price as a regular, run of the mill 2 bedroom.) I actually lived on the other side of the complex away from the little terrors, but I did get a taste of what the other reviewers mentioned from time to time. Other than for the noisy children, the complex was VERY quiet ( at least at my end it was.) The building has changed landlords a few times, and when I was moving out, there was a new landlord. So maybe that will help things. Maintenance requests were handled in a timely manner. The complex is rather well built so I rarely had any serious problems. I have lived in several different apt complexes, and this one was my favorite and I would consider living there again if I could. It is in a great location. A couple blocks away from the freeway entrance, across the street from a small shopping complex (includes a Ralph's and a Rite-Aid.), and a decent amount of street parking. The good definitely overshadowed the bad here.
