Apartment Review for Skyline Terrace - Los Angeles, CA

There are so many things wrong with this place, it's hard to know where to begin. Everything in the other comments is completely true. This complex is the bastard child in the Orsini, Piero, and Medici family. Management is probably funneling money from this property to the other three. Maintenance is non-existent. The place looks 40 years old, but it was only built in the late '80s. Everything is crap, from the filthy hallways to the bad paint jobs to the overflowing trash chutes to the fact that no one ever thought the in-unit washer and dryer might possibly need a vent. The worst thing about this place is the management. Everyone that works in the office is a pathological liar - I think they screen job-applicants for this character flaw. They will lie to you, then when you bring it to their attention, they will hang up on you. Get everything in writing, from the moment you move in, because everything they tell you is a lie. They will never do that though - they are lazy liars, but they aren't entirely stupid. We've been promised repairs on everything in our apartment, from the air conditioning unit to a huge leak to a window that won't close to our garbage disposal to the water heater, but nothing is ever done. It just gets frustrating being lied to over and over again...
