Apartment Review for Serravella - Los Angeles, CA

my sister and i rented 2 apartments here back in 1990 YES 1990 AND IT WAS A NIGHTMARE!! one of our apartments had been the former home of a suicide right in the apartment and that was creepy they did not tell us before we moved in..the worst of this nightmare complex was the roaches..we became roach infested in all our clothes and belongings...we had to put everything in storage for a year after moving just to get rid of the roaches we had collected at the ST JAMES NOW KNOWN AS SERRAVELLA..on the good side..we made several friends at the st james whom we have been friends with to this very day ..some quite dear to us..PS..rent for one bedroom at this complex was 750 a month in 1990..dont move to this place!! it began as a hell and continues to be the same nightmare year after year... from the day this complex was built it has been a DIVE!!
