Hi, I am current resident of this apartment. I would say..it is my worst experience. Maintenance service is so disgusting. As, we shifted just 5 days ago and I had a problem, drainage of bathtub is blocked... It happens..it is not a big deal. But when we went to complain for this, manager replied, it will be fixed by next thursday...means after 6 days. He replied, this how only system works. So if you are thinking to move to this apartment just be ready to not have a shower for 5-6 days.  Need to rent an apartment?
