Getting an annual $100 increase on the rent regardless of the condition of the building is the pisser. As for the condition of the grounds, I guess we'd better get a goat to cut the grass, which is absolutely horrible because this is one half of a courtyard where the other side is VERY well kept, so we are the eyesore on the block.
