The apartments are way too expensive for the condition they are kept in. The property manager Juan Carlos is absolutely non co-operative and inconsiderate. Maintenance is not at all timely. Don't bother getting an apartment here unless they lower the rent AND the property manager changes.  Need to rent an apartment?
