Apartment Review for Palazzo At Park La Brea - Los Angeles, CA

I don't recommend Palazzo at Park La Brea at all. First of all, the rent is way too expensive compared to what you get out of the place. Secondly, the office staff is really rude and unfriendly. I've had so many unpleasant experiences with the people who work in the leasing office. They screwed me over so many times and were unwilling to work with me. Really inflexible and uncooperative. Every time without fail. On the other hand, the concierge staff was very friendly and helpful. I was also very happy with maintenance staff. They repaired requested items within 24-48 hours and were very professional with the job. The property is well-kept clean and is also convenient if you love the Grove. But I wouldn't recommend it to anyone I know as long as the rude office staff works there. They beat all the other good things there not worth it.
