Apartment Review for Oakwood Toluca Hills - Home Of The Stars - Los Angeles, CA

I read some of the good reviews of Oakwood Toluca Hills and I'll say this THEY LIED!! This apartment is 40 years old and looks every bit of it they have popcorn ceilings with asbestos, thin walls and you can hear you neighbors slamming doors and kids running up and down the halls, they have the nerve to tell you when you rent a 2 bedroom apt you'll get a tandem parking space for free the catch is they don't have any so you are sharing parking with single units and guests so good luck in finding any parking by your building. Their elevators are out dated and have no call button if you are stuck and by the way we got stuck last night thank God we had cell phones God only knows how long we would have been stuck in there. Security is totally inadequate they are unsympathetic and unwilling to help you. And we have neighbors from hell and these are on the floor below us (we are on the top floor) they are out till midnight to 2 am talking loud on their balcony slamming their sliding glass door , etc., so they have no respect for their neighbors let alone themselves this is all occurring in the "C" building. The bottom line is this the only good thing Oakwood Toluca Hills has going for it is location. So when my lease is up I will not re-new I will get the hell out of here as fast as I can!!!
