Apartment Review for Monnette Regency - Los Angeles, CA

This place is a death trap! Recently a fire broke out on the third floor and not one fire alarm went off! Neighbors were banging on every door screaming "fire get out!". Needless to say there is extensive fire and water damage especially on the third and second floor. It seems all they are doing to fix it is to have giant heater/fans blowing 24/7. I could go on and on about all the other problems here but it would be a novel! PS Don't let the manager rip you off $1,400 a month can get you a way better apartment in a brand new building with amenities!
