Apartment Review for Medici - Los Angeles, CA

Good - The building, apartment, pool, and park are gorgeous. - You feel like you are living in a resort - Maintenance is quick if you use the website BAD -No one ever returns your phone calls. - Simple call about renting the lounge, no callback - Something broken, no call back, call again and no response - Noise complain, no call back - Talk to someone in person and they still dont call you back -Building has plumbing problems. -There are large cracks in the parking structure from water leaks. -The cracks are in multiple areas, just look up. -The building was built in 2000 or 2001; its too new to have problems like this -Noise - Dont live next to the 24hr parking structure, we ask for quiet and the leasing agent shows us this apartment. If you like car horns and car alarms, then this is considered quiet. - We can hear a LOUD water noise when the downstairs neighbor runs the air conditioner. Leasing Manger listened to our video tape of the noise and states that this is not normal. It has been more than 1 month of listening to this noise in our bedroom. We have already complained 3 times. Another no callback! -Security - We dont patrol  enough said -Parking - There are over 600 units for the 2 buildings, and you get about 6 guest spots during the day. More at night because you can park in the leasing area. I have never had a guest get a parking spot in 5 months.
