IF I WOULD HAVE TALKED TO ANY TENENT THEIR I WOULD HAVE NEVER MOVED THERE. PLACE IS ALWAYS A MESS IT IS HARD TO GET SOMEONE TO FIX THING IN THE UNIT. THEN THE OWNER KEEPS YOUR DEPOSIT. YOU WILL REGRET IT.  Need to rent an apartment?
