This place is so dirty and the manager won't replace carpet or paint even after 8 years without changing. Mold was found growing on the walls and ceiling of our apartment and the solution was to paint over it. Concerned for my safety in that regard. Manager said instead of changing carpet to move to a different unit with "newer" carpet/paint.  Need to rent an apartment?
