Apartment Review for Kelton Towers Apartments - Los Angeles, CA

I chose this apartment because it's close to UCLA and also big building with pool. It looked pretty ok outside. But inside it smells like garbage. Living in there is like living in the trash can. People party everyday no matter during midterm and final. The maintenance is lazy and not helpful at all. And the manager is also lazy and not as nice as she was when u signed the contract. This is unsecured building since anyone can get in the building easily. The worst part is that they got into our apartment before the lease ended and stole our properties. They used our cleaning devices to clean the apartment and charged us freaking high fee for cleaning. All those terrible things are not enough. The management office give the list of all hidden fees in order to deduct more money from your security deposit. They thought we are stupid students who don't know anything about law, so they dragged some law that is used for those hidden fees. When we asked what the code law is. They said they couldn't provide us the info about the law they used. If you don't wanna live in the trash and don't wanna get back half of the money that you deposited in. Please never come to this apartment for godsake.
