Apartment Review for Hollywood Place - Los Angeles, CA

I live here for over a year. my car got broken into when i went into the office to ask for the video they said they camera was tilted in the wrong direction and there was no footage that they are gonna have security 24 hours ...well they did for about 3 days then the security guard who would walk around disapreaed ....then someother cars got broken into and then he reappeared....... my apartment got broken into 10000 dollars worth of stuff was stolen went down to the office with police to asked to see the video and there excuse its to grainy you cant see anything.....how did they know in advance to look at the video before i came down. they didnt know about the breakin yet ....in actuality their camers dont work they are just props....
