Apartment Review for Georgian House Apartments - Los Angeles, CA

David Goldstein is the worst landlord I have ever had. He tries to give a nice "caring" impression, but everything changes once you move in. He evicts people for no reason, is rude and condescending and NEVER returns deposits (his own handyman told me this!!!). He claimed my neighbors had thousands of dollars worth of damage after they moved out--he did this to every single person I knew who moved out. Plan on going to court if you want your deposit back!
