Apartment Review for Elly Nesis Company - Los Angeles, CA

This company will try to scam you everyway possible. I should of read the signs early on, when the building manager didn't get back to my calls when I first tried to see the apartment. And then I was told I was approved, but when I tried to contact the building manager he would never return my calls. Then I went to an open house and sure enough the apartment I wanted was in the open house. I confronted the manager and he said he would take it off, which he finally did. Then I had to get my lease changed for something specific, but the manager went ahead and changed other things on me such as the end lease date. Which is now a hassle because I hate this place and want to leave ASAP! Even worse, is the turn around time for maintanance. You have to constantly follow up with the employees. And you can not depend on them to call you back. The laundry room services are in horrible shape. The dryers shred your clothes. The president of the company Elly Nesis is against anyone giving his company any negative feedback. He gets offensive and will never help you out, when instead he should take the feedback and help you, his tenant out. After all, without tenants, he wouldn't have a business. You also have to either drive to the office in Inglewood or mail your rent check. Then, you have to pay $5 if you want a receipt mailed to you??!?!?! This has been my experience. I truly don't recommend this place for anyone. Look elsewhere!
