It sure did! And it's something I'm still dealing with at the moment. "Certifiable funds" is a term they use which includes cash, and maybe silly of me, but truthful I paid cash for a lot of my rent payments. The manager that was there when I first signed my lease was a very sweet lady, Stella but moved with her daughter to buy a house. After they left, management became unreliable and suspect to put it lightly. I've been told by the current overseers that they don't accept cash for payments, even though I know this is not true. I'm interested in filing a complaint against them if this isn't resolved soon! I'm sick of these money hungry borderline slumlords taking from people who deserve to be compensated. They know there had to be a theft problem that they aren't willing to address and the manager I think was involved needs to be arrested. I've never written a review of any kind so this statement is saying a lot for me. I wish I knew who it was that wrote the previous review so we can chat as I'm not giving up! A true outrage!!!
