Apartment Review for De Longpre Towers - Los Angeles, CA

THE WORST PLACE I'VE EVER LIVED!!! First, there were druggies on the top floor. There was non-stop partying. So many people lived in that apt, that one guy (he was pretty stoned) once told, me he had sub-rented the corridor between the kitchen and the front door from the guy upstairs for $200 a month, and that there were other people in that apt. too living like that too. I had no doubt he was telling me the truth. Second, the renters are very loud during the night. During that one year that I lived there, the police was there almost EVERY weekend, because of all the noise. YUP! And, as soon as the cops would leave, the partying would continue. Third, the manager was ignorant to the noise, the druggies and every single thing that was unacceptable. I don't recommend this place. I couldn't wait for my 12th month to be over and to get the hell out of there.
