Apt. owner sold 05. New construction on 206 CONDOS. Best loaction and amenities of 15 apts I checked out in March 06. Was the factor for me to buy rather than rent. Hugh pool, weight room and gym, pool room, inside 1/2 ct basketball. 3 blks to UCLA med center, 1 blk to Westwood shops. Love it. Gated security and parking.  Need to rent an apartment?
