It is not a new building but it is worth what you pay for it. Its safe, clean, quiet and the management is really very efficient.Once I had a plumbing emergency in my apt at 2:30am - in 10 minutes the maintenance team was in my door fixing the problem. When I left I reveived my full deposit. I lived there for 3 years and a half and never heard on any complain. Strongly recommended.  Need to rent an apartment?
