Immature Leasing Office Staff
Review Date: 1/5/2010 Reviewer: Anonymous
As old as the post above is, all the issues pointed out remain true. The leasing office staff is ever changing, but what's constant is their unnecessarily nasty demeanor. Elevators are constantly out of service. The dark garage has leaking water pipes that are encased with spiders and spider webs. They maintain the office and the areas immediately surrounding the office to lure in tenants. They put nothing of importance in writing and change policy as they wish, including when they open and close the office. There are a ton of vacancies here for good reason. You should insist on seeing the actual unit you will be renting and not a model. The so-called security here must be assigned to exclusively cover the office as I never see them anywhere else. The water pressure here is low, and you're lucky if you get 10 minutes of hot water. You have to pay for the water that's leaking from the pipes in the garage as well as the sprinklers that go off when it's raining. The place is in violation of fire laws. Fire doors are propped open throughout the complex. I heard the mail carrier tell a tenant that someone's been breaking into mail boxes. The units are easily prone to mold and people who don't live here roam the hallways. If you still move here after reading the ton of reviews out there about this place, you can't say you didn't know. |
