Apartment Review for Chadwick Apt (Previously City Height) - Los Angeles, CA

I have lived here since 1994 and been thru w/all 3 management companis and I tell you CHADWICK is the worst. They focus their renovation on landscaping and the looks of buildings not for tenants. You will see roaches in the kitchens and animal stains on the hall ways. They shut down water w/o notice. Elevator is out of order constantly. Don't be fooled by sales reps. CHECK RAITINGS FOR CITY HEIGHTS APT. Chadwick is a new managemens company.
