Apartment Review for Centre Pointe - Los Angeles, CA

The noise is awful. For the 1st six months I lived here I was woken up 4-5 nights per week by the rude people above me. It took 6 months of complaining and calling security and threatening a lawsuit for the management to finally take care of the problem (they were finally evicted). Still being woken up though in the morning by the sound of construction going on in the building. Also, if you live downstairs be prepared to never get any peace and quiet. It sounds like a dump truck and feels like an earthquake whenever someone goes up and down the stairs. The walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbors conversations. I am a heavy sleeper so for me to be woken up it has to be bad.

People leave their trash all over the place. I am counting down the months until my lease is up so I can move.
