Apartment Review for Casa Palmero Condominiums - Los Angeles, CA

This is a condominium complex. The place is poorly built, you can hear people walking above you, on hallways, you can smell what your neighbors are cooking. People in the complex smoke in courtyards, so even if you have windows closed the smoke gets into your apartment. Expect to be hear phones at 6:00am and people's "comments" shortly after it rings. I saw roaches in hallways, but management claims they have no pest problems. Avoid at al costs.
