The problems of Bunker Hill
Review Date: 6/18/2009 Reviewer: Anonymous
Things Bunker Hill (Essex Management) won't you... Only 10 guest parking spots for the whole complex (2 buildings, 19 floors each, about 576 units total) That's pathetic. You would need to beg the door person every time you get a visitor, hoping there is a spot available. Month to month rent after your lease is up is not an option. After your lease is up, you will need to sign a new lease right away, and there will most likely be a price increase. I lived there for six months and would like to pay month to month, but that isn't possible. The garage leaks after a rainy day. They promised to remodel the pool and jacuzzi, but it is taking over 5 months. The people working on it only comes once in awhile. We would like repairs done in a timely manner. For the luxury price, you are better off renting in one of those lofts or those new buildings which offer more amenities and 2 months off rent. |
