Apartment Review for Boca Raton - Los Angeles, CA

This place used to be a nice place to live but not since a new bldg mgr was hired 3 years ago. New bldg mgr comes off as unsavory and very NOSEY. Many female tenants do not even want him coming into their apts because he makes them so uncomfortable. He has been observed studying our trash in the dumpster. It was always a pets-allowed building, and he detests that. He harrasses pet owners and anyone else he can for minor things. Pounds on tenants doors with complaints whenever he feels like it with no prior appointment. Does not give a time and date for repairs thinking he can come in anytime and ANY day when you are not home just because you called on a repair! Not enjoyable to live here anymore. Pipes are very OLD and are in constant need of repair. Not a secure building -- nice street, though, but that doesn t mean it is safe.
