Apartment Review for Belmont Station - Los Angeles, CA

The review left before mine is right on the money! You do NOT want to move to Belmont Station. After being out of town on a family emergency, my rent was three days late. They had already began EVICTION posting notices to my door. THREE DAYS LATE. When I called them, they told me they had already turned it over to an attorney and that I can buy myself out of the eviction - for about $800.00. This is the understanding you get. Three days late on your rent and they are posting eviction against you to ruin your credit and extort fees out of you. The noise here is terrible and the walls are paper thin. Moreover, the appliances are the cheapest available - just like the rest of this place. CHEAP. It looks great when you are getting the tour and seeing the photos, but when you move in here, you see how cheap they are with everything. I hate Belmont Station. I wish I had never moved here.
