Apartment Review for Bel Air Summit - Los Angeles, CA

I have to say, I have lived here for almost 2 years and I have had the most amazing experience I could ever have. After not seeing any reviews on this place I was hesitant trusting the management as I have heard horror stories from other apartments. In the end, I couldn't have asked for a better experience living in LA. The Management is AMAZING. Things get settled and dealt with very fast. If there was ever a problem in maintenance it was solved by the next day (or at your convenience). THE BEST PART: The deposit was given back in full honesty. They didn't scam you like most other places in LA. They just charged me accordingly to what needed to be fixed. In the end I ended up with just $300 for cleaning of the whole apartment, paint, and repairs on the walls (this was from a picture I had put up badly though). I felt it was VERY fair pricing and they certainly were not out to scam me in any way. The ONLY reason I didn't give the overall rating a 5 star is because the walls are very thin. I was able to hear my neighbor up at all hours of the night as well as his snoring. It wasn't sound proof, but maybe that's the way all LA building are built. Everything else made up for the great experience that I had. I would move back there in a second and would recommend this place to EVERYONE. It's SAFE, SECURE, great tenants, lovely grounds, great management, quiet neighborhood, and lovely units.
