Apartment Review for Avalon Del Rey - Los Angeles, CA

I've lived here for less than a year and I'm looking forward to leaving. When I was looking at apartments the staff told me that most of the residents were professionals or families. This is not true. Most of the residents (at least the vocal ones) are Loyola Marymount students. If you enjoy having random college kids roaming the halls, parties during the week and your hallway smelling like pot - then this is the place for you. If actually have a job you have to get up for in the morning - then this is not for you. There is always trash on the grounds and the supposedly secure building is far from it. I had a package delivered and left outside my door and it was stolen So either the building is secure and a fellow resident stole my package OR the building is not secure and a stranger stole my package. Either way, there is a problem with this complex.
