Be prepared to pay $250 out of your security deposit on moveout for 'touch up painting' and 'cleaning'. Even if you make your apartment so clean that you could eat off the floor they will scam you. Don't be fooled by the deductions of your first month rent either. You will pay that back in parking tickets (street cleaning running twice a week will get you, and you can't park off Manhattan during the day). The building is very old, and in poor condition. You will get attacked by roaches, so bad in fact that the city health inspector has come several times to the building because of mass infestation. You have been warned, there are a lot of apartments up for rent, you can walk like 1 block and get one better, with parking for like $50 from another apartment. DO NOT BE A FOOL!
