Apartment Review for Andy - Los Angeles, CA

The good: Location, location, location. Includes parking, the exercise room is nice. The layout of the apartments is nice and spacious. All units are renovated. The leasing office staff is super nice. Pet friendly. The BAD: Noisy at times, but so is everything in Hollywood. Dirty building no matter where you look (all common areas )- not enough cleaning staff. Front door is as if the building didn't have one, it stays open most of the time. Security cameras are only good after any incident would happen. Management is very pleasant, but the building is still a dump with a nice remodeled look. Expensive for what it is. Look elsewhere.
