Apartment Review for Alessio - Los Angeles, CA

First off these used to be Villa Azure so check those reviews as well. We first moved in and immediately had problems with ants crawling all over the apartment within the first day. There was no food even out. Started taking trash directly to the trash chute and opened under the sink to find thousands of still ants swarming without any garbage for them to go through. Went to office to be told we had to take care of it and the best they could do was send their exterminator 4 days later. We had maintenance attempt to fix our heater twice but it still never worked. The office lost our rent and forced us to pay a late fee even though the guy behind the counter remembered us bring it down. Had staff yell at me blaming us for problems that are normal issues dealt with by such a large property. When moving out regardless of how much you clean they still bring in a made service, steam clean the carpet paint the walls and then some and charge you out of your deposit so don't expect to get any of that back. The only time management showed any concern in us was when we went down to hand in our letter for lease termination at the end of our contract. Then parking, if you ever have guests visit don't expect them to easily find a parking spot. There are never any visitor spots making it a burden to just have someone visit. Also if you get a parking spot underground people just follow you down even if they don't have a reserved spot making it very un-safe. This safe philosophy goes for getting into the gates. Overall security is horrible. They put on a good show but really don't do anything. Lastly we had moved a few days before our lease was up and someone went through our apartment without notifying us. Either maintenance or giving a tour. Things were broken and lights were left on. I could continue to belittle this place but it's not worth my time. Changing the name doesn't change the fact that this is the worst place I have ever lived. Just don't do it.
