The manager is consistently harassing and abusive and attempts to bully and intimidate residents. He selects them on the basis of discriminatory criteria, selecting primarily women and Asian-American college students, on the theory they are easiest to intimidate and least likely to complain. Both he and the management company are totally dishonest and stealing part or all of the deposit is the tip of the iceberg. It is not a coincidence they have been sued multiple times. They prey on the naive. On top of the financial fraud/theft, the building is an unsafe place to live, because of the manager (Eugene) who among other things, enters peoples apartments without notice or permission, both when they are out and, at times, when they are at home, intercepts or steals packages and countless other illegal activities. He works at most 2 hours/day (10-12 in the morning) and the fact that any maintenance occurs is purely a function of the maintenance staff. There is no reason anyone should ever choose to live in this building. I regret it and if I'd known when I moved in what I know now, you could not have paid me to live there.
