I was happy enough living here until the building was bought by Carmel Partners. The local staff is great, but Carmel Partners' "Customer Care" did not reply to a serious complaint of mine for weeks. I finally took the matter to the CEO, who was evasive, dismissive and disrespectful.  Need to rent an apartment?
