I heard that 3 cars got hit the same day just recently. One of the tenants got a spare car key stolen. 2 days later, Tenant on the 1st floor got broken in. I know some of the tenants have lived in the apartment for a long time. Well I guess it's time to find a new place... If someone is looking for an apartment, Definately I would'nt recommend. I dont think the apartment owner would do anything for tenants safety. I have not seen any safty improvements.  Need to rent an apartment?
