Apartment Review for 1937 Grace Ave. Apartments - Los Angeles, CA

This place has frequent roaches, plumbing issues, loud disrespectful party neighbors and the landlords raise the rent every year. My roommate and I moved out a couple years ago because we had had enough. We had been long term tenants, but moved out when the tenant over turn became high and rude disrespectful people moved in. Like many rentals, the people who manage this building do not care about the quality of tenants or the endless building problems, so much as the money coming in.
