Apartment Review for 1830 N Kingsley Dr - Los Angeles, CA

The pipes in the building are bursting and sewage flooded my ground-floor apartment on 3 separate occasions. That's right, sewage. The stains and stink left behind were disgusting. Management offered no help to clean, and no compensation for damages. THEN, they charged my security deposit to change the linoleum that had been damaged in the flooding. That's right, their pipes back up sewage and stoppage into the bathroom, and then they charge YOU for it. STAY AWAY from this place! The neighborhood can be sketchy, there is always trash on the street, and parking is a nightmare. Neighbors are often hanging about outside and on the street. Some shady stuff obviously going on. Cheap, but you get what you you pay for, and in the end, you will lose.
